I learned that there are many new species in Mr. B's backyard classroom. There are a lot of species such as snakes, baby frogs, and different types of birds. My favorite memory is when we had the naturefest and we were outside for 5 hours and we could see other kinds of animals or organisms that live there besides our topic.

What I learn this year was, that there are many and many of different species that live in Mr.B's backyard classroom. They need to be taken of properly or they will be endangered. I learn about birds, snakes, bugs, frogs, and tadpoles. My favorite memory of Mr.B's backyard classroom is when I fell in the mud. I slipped twice in one day. It was very sticky and wet. My final thoughts of Mr.B's backyard classroom is that I'm going to miss this place. In right grade you don't get to go anymore so I'm glad I learned a lot about Mr.B's backyard classroom.

Mr. B's Backyard Classroom was a good opportunity for me to see how a wonderful ecosystem we got here in South Jersey. Also how important the pine lands, marshes, and coast are to many kinds of organism. We have to take care of this environments to protect this organism from loosing their homes.

What I learned in Mr.B's is the importance of wildlife and how everything we do affects the way we live around us. I learned about many species of animals and how to embrace wildlife in all its ups and downs. Mr.B's made me appreciate this environment even more than i already do. Living where i used to was always such a downer because everything we saw was always in a book. Being in Mr.B's made me actually learn and see what is around me and how i am living. I personally think Mrs.Sommers and Mrs.Lucas for giving me such a great year and experience in Mr.B's Backyard classroom, and in hope the kids next year have an even greater experience than I did I'm the amazing Mr.B's Outdoor Classroom.

This year in Mr.B's Backyard class I learned many things. Things like Red Squirrels. Now there wasn't any lessons on it but I learned about them after I researched it for the nature fest. Also I learned about the life cycle of some of the organisms in the pond. Some organisms would be frogs and dragonflies. I also learned how many animals struggle to survive in the little environment. My favorite memory at Mr.B's would have to be just going for years and years. Every other time I went I learned something new and it was always astonishing to learn.

What I learned was that grey squirrels are the best out of all of the squirrels. Also Flying squirrels do not fly but they glide. My favorite moment was researching stuffing and goofing off when no one was looking. My second best moment was when Vinson partially fell in the lake. I almost fell in too from laughter.

I had a Grate time in Mr.B's back yard. It taught me more about the different types of species in NJ that i never know. I also got to come close to the animals, as an up close experience. usually I see these animals in cages but know i get to see them up close in person. I am glad and grateful that i got the chance to be in Mr.B's back yard!

Ever since I had the advantage to go and be apart of something as wonderful as Mr. B's Backyard I have had a new look on the environment. My favorite memory is when I was first involved in the Nature Fest. It was an amazing experience! Now, I love to be apart of working with nature. Nature is a beautiful thing. Now days, adolescents do not cherish the moments in seeing such beautiful creatures in Nature, But i enjoy being outside and seeing the Species in their environments. I will surely miss being apart of Mr. B's Backyard Classroom... But next year I will make sure I visit a lot and be a part of the nature fest

After visiting my last visit at Mr.B's i have come to realize how special Mr.B's is. I have learned that Mr.B's is a great home for many plants and animals. My favorite memory about Mr.B's is the nature fest. I had a great time presenting my project to the young children coming to this great middle school next year. I will never forget Mr.B's, it has been one of the best experiences of my life.

In Mr.B's this year I learned about other animals' habitats and where their homes were in Mr.B's. I, also, learned about different trees and shrubs, what their description of leaves are. I was showed a root and and stem that smelled like root beer and lemons/ lemonade. My favorite memory from Mr.B's was the nature fest and how MRS.B gave us comments of her husband and our project, and how she was touched by what we have done, and she told us she was proud of everybody's hard work. Another favorite memory is getting to hold a baby frog in my hand, and getting to see the other little kids having fun and being interested in the projects an d facts they've learned. Most of the kids really jotted down interesting facts and payed good attention to our explanation, had fun walking around in Mr.B's, while of them just went to the stations with prizes and 'better' games/ mini games. Other then that it was the best project I've ever done before. :)

My favorite memory about Mr. B's was seeing the northern snakes. They were so cool! My final thoughts on Mr. B's is that is an excellent classroom to learn in and explore the nature in our area.

This year in Mr. B's Backyard Classroom, I've learned alot about New Jersey's ecosystems and the animals that live here. I didn't know that there were so many different species of reptile and amphibians in New Jersey. My favorite memory of Mr. B's is when we went out to the pond closer to Reeds when it was completely dried up- that was amazing to look at and walk around. I really enjoyed being in Mr. B's (even though now its a bit hot and humid around there for my liking), and its great fun.

I learned so much this year! I discovered new organisms, was taught more about the ones I knew, and learned so much more in general. Nature Fest was my favorite part because I was privileged to teach students about nature. It was so much fun helping educate today's youth about problems in nature, and how they can be fixed. Mr. B's Backyard Classroom has truly affected and impacted my thoughts about ecological science. Thank you!

This year in Mr.B's we learned about the different species of animals that live in Mr.B's and New Jersey. My fondest memory at Mr.B's was the Nature Fest, it was really fun. We presented to the 4th, 5th, and 6th graders from Roland Rogers and Reeds Road elementary schools. We went around to the different projects when there were no kids at our booths, and it was interesting learning about the different environments and species that live in or around New Jersey.

I learned from Mr.B's Backyard Classroom is how wonderful and amazing the outdoors are. I have always liked the outdoors, but, I never really got to observe as many species and I have done this year. My favorite memory would be when I was walking around the paths and my friend Poorva and I where traveling around the path of Mr.B's and the trees where growing over top each other, we had to go through because there was a really fat bee where we were before. Then I crawled under the tree and Poorva didn't want to, but, she did and I was very proud of her. Another good memory was when Kim and I were observing the Sassafras plant and we were talking about how wonderful it smelt and how we would make candles that smell like Sassafras.

I have learned a lot this year. Species to plants. Fishes to snakes and birds to bugs. All living things have and need a habitat.Like northern water snakes need water, sun and food. The water and the sun are abiotic factor which are non- living factors which an organism needs to survive. And an biotic is the opposite of abiotic. This means that biotic factors are living factor that an organism needs to survive. I have also learned about different things species and organisms.

What I learned in Mr.B's Backyard Classroom is that there were different species out there that I really didn't know about and all the ecosystems too. And my favorite memory or final thoughts is when I did the Nature Fest and had a good time teaching the little kids. I hope I get a chance to see it again before I leave GTMS.

Mr.B's Backyard taught. It taught me how different animals can live only in certain type of places. It teach me how to respect the animals home, even if their dangerous and can hurt us really badly.Mr.B's also taught me about the plants that grows in the ponds and the woods.Like the black cherry tree in Mr.B's.Even though I never met Mr.B,but by the way he gave the idea for the backyard shows how much he loves nature.

This year in Mr.B's Backyard Classroom, I learned a lot about different organisms such as snakes, frogs, and birds. I also learned about our watershed and how to prevent it from getting polluted. I will never forget the time in Mr.B's when I saw a snake eating a bullfrog. It was an amazing sight and I couldn't believe my eyes.

My favorite memory is when we sighted a snake eating a large frog. We could see how snakes eat and we had a great view. Mr.B's backyard is a great way for students to interact with different native organisms and animals.

I learned so much in Mr.B's backyard classroom this year. I have learned about so many differ animal species and how they live in their environment. The best memory I have had in Mr.B's backyard was when there was a huge snake in the bushes and Dylan, Colby, and I where trying to catch it. Colby got it by the tail and it was wiggling everywhere. It almost bit Colby so he dropped it and it got away.

This year, I have learned so much from Mr.B's Backyard. Even just walking around, and looking at the different species, I got to learn a lot. I most liked the man that came in talking a bit about the fish and under water creatures.

At Mr.B's I learned that many different things can affect populations. An example of this would be if a predictors population decreases then the preys population will probably increase. My favorite memory of Mr.B's was when last year I didn't realize that everyone in my class went inside and I stayed out for a whole extra hour outside. Luckily I had a aunt that was a 5th grade teacher and she told me my class went inside. I thought Mr.B's was a very well way to teach about different ecosystems and it really helped me learn about these things.

This year, in Mr. B's Backyard Classroom, I learned that it is extremely important to preserve and keep safe the life that lives in this marvelous habitat. My favorite memory about Mr. B's Backyard Classroom is most likely when I saw the Duckelews for the very first time. I just want to say that it was a truly amazing year at Mr. B's Backyard Classroom. I have never had more fun.

I have learned that all of the organisms, no matter how big or small, all have a special place in the Mr B's ecosystem. No matter if they are food, or the predator, all of them are important. My most favorite memory was seeing a snake eating a bullfrog when the bullfrog was very large.

This year I learned about the animals in their natural habitats. My favorite memory was June 18 2014 when we saw the biggest black racer snake all year and it climbed up the tree and jumped down. My final thought is that this is a great experience for everybody of all ages.

This year, I've learned what a watershed is, which is an area that drains to a common waterway. My favorite memory was when the snake was eating the frog and almost had the whole thing in its mouth!
